ABSTRACT

Users often play an important role in market research, especially in research closely related to new product development. This paper discusses the mechanism of user generated knowledge and its relationship with innovation ability, and analyzes the impact of user generated knowledge on enterprise innovation ability under different customer types, different market dynamics and different product innovation strategies.
